At Greenbee, we’re committed to providing outstanding customer service. But we know that things can go wrong and that there may be times when you feel we haven’t given you the service you expect.
If you’re unhappy with the products or service you’ve received, or you’ve got a problem you’d like us to sort out for you, we want to know so that we can put things right. Here’s how to go about making a complaint.
Step 1: Get in touch with the appropriate customer service team.

Step 2: Put your concerns in writing.
If you’re still dissatisfied after talking to our customer service representatives, email us with your concerns. Just pick the area that you want to talk about.
We’ll respond to your email within 24 hours during our operating hours.
Insurance and banking products are regulated by the Financial Services Authority and have specific complaints processes. We’ll always do all we can to resolve your difficulties, but you have the right to present your concerns to the Financial Ombudsman Service once we’ve issued you with a final response, if you feel that you’ve been unfairly treated.
